Scope of work:
Installation of Mitsubishi brand ductless split heat pump system. This system is to be installed in the lower level of the Lebanon Community Center 872 Trumbull Highway Lebanon CT.
Quote shall include:
One Mitsubishi wall evaporator model MSZGL24NA and one Mitsubishi condenser model MUZGL24NA
The wall evaporator is to be installed on rear wall of lower level meeting room. Condensate, refrigerant lines and interconnect wiring to exit rear of evaporator through the wall area formerly occupied by a wall mount AC unit. System shall be pressure tested to a minimum of 350 PSI with nitrogen and evacuated to 500 microns.
*** Town of Lebanon shall be responsible for removing Wall AC unit and in filling the wall to allow for split system installation. ***
Condenser to be wall mounted on exterior of same wall and will be a minimum of 12 inches above grade. Refrigerant piping shall be a minimum of 15 feet in length and be covered on the exterior with a white vinyl line hide type covering where it will be visible.
*** Town of Lebanon will provide a designated circuit with disconnect means to the condenser location***
Complete cost for equipment, labor and consumables to install as detailed above
Equipment shall carry all applicable manufactures’ warranties
Copies of current applicable contractor’s license/s and commercial insurance certificate
Workers compensation insurance (if applicable)
This job will require a building permit is filed (permit fees will be waived)
Quote shall not include:
