| Additional Description |
The East Hartford Housing Authority (“Authority”) will receive sealed bids from contractors for SITE UPGRADES AT ROCHAMBEAU APARTMENTS, East Hartford, Connecticut. This project generally consists of bituminous pavement repair, re-stripping, catch basin work, concrete sidewalk work, tree and stump work, limited survey work and minor regrading. The bids will be separated as listed in the bidding documents. In the best interest of the East Hartford Housing Authority (EHHA) will have the right not to accept any of the bids or the right to accept all or a portion of the bid. The Bid shall be broken out as listed in page 1 of 4 in the Bidding Documents, and section 01270 unit prices. |
