| Additional Description |
Coventry Public Schools (CPS) seeks to abate approximately 18,083 square feet of Vinyl Asbestos Tile (VAT) flooring and mastic at Coventry High School, along with associated cove base, adhesive, carpet and glue and replace with Vinyl Composition Tile. Located at 78 Ripley Hill Road Coventry, Connecticut.
Fixed price bids will be for a “Turn-Key” project consisting of all aspects of properly abating and disposing of all VAT, carpet, cove base and associated mastics and replacing with VCT and vinyl cove base as specified in the Project manual. The only project-related activity that CPS will handle outside of this contract (and therefore is not included in the project manual) is the moving and storing of furniture in preparation of project activities.
Bids must be received at the Coventry Public School Department of Facilities office at 78 Ripley Road Coventry, CT Attn: William Trudelle no later than 2:00 pm on May 29, 2020.
