Sports Center Floor Repair & Refinishing
Project Number: ECSU 2020-5a
Project Description:
The work involves the repair and refinishing of the gym floor in the Sports Center.
Summary of Work Includes but is not limited to the following:
1. Repair of gymnasium floor, including removal and replacement for damaged floor boards as indicated in drawings.
2. Refinishing gymnasium floor, including patching, repair, sanding, removal of existing finish, lines and logos, and refinishing with new stains, game lines, logos. 2 coats of sealer, and 2 coats of floor finish.
This bid is restricted to State of Connecticut Registered and Certified Small and Minority Owned Businesses.

Proposals shall be emailed until 2:00 p.m. on the date shown above to hodisc@easternct.edu
The successful qualified low bidder on this project must submit an Affirmative Action Plan. The plan must be filed within fifteen days after a bid has been accepted by the awarding agency.
The awarding authority reserves the right to waive technical defects or to reject any and all bids.
