| Additional Description |
The State Office of Policy and Management (OPM), via the Municipal Accountability Review Board (MARB), is charged by statute with overseeing certain financially distressed municipalities in order to chart a path back to fiscal sustainability.
Accordingly, OPM is seeking one or more contractors to provide expertise in municipal financial management, municipal operations, policy development, and project management to municipalities designated by MARB as financially distressed pursuit to C.G.S. Sec. 7-575. OPM may engage more than one contractor based on proposers’ various specific areas of expertise.
