Respondents must respond in writing and provide a fixed cost to perform all of the Inspections and generate a detailed report. Respondents answering for the training piece should provide a per person cost for up to 35 individuals. The Authority may or may not utilize the training.
Respondents are required to include a fixed price proposal to provide the services, a brief narrative description of the respondent’s company and experience providing similar services and 3 references from customers respondent has served similarly in the last five years. Respondents must also specify their anticipated availability and timelines from start of inspections to release of report. The Authority fully understands the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and does not expect vendors to commit to a particular start date. Timelines are estimates of time to complete and deliver a report once inspections are started. Statements of availability are general statements subject to change as the pandemic passes.
In addition to the requirements described above, respondents must acknowledge that the terms of the attached purchase order rider are acceptable. Those terms will be a part of any purchase order between the vendor and the Authority. No exceptions are allowed to the purchase order rider terms.
Responses are due back to the Authority in the form of electronic responses to this email by no later than 2 PM, Thursday, March 26, 2020.
Please direct any questions you have to bids@hartfordhousing.org. No questions will be accepted after 5 PM on Monday, March 23, 2020.
