LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Housing Authority of the Town of Stratford is seeking sealed bids for:
Video Surveillance Systems at R.E. Baldwin, R.F.K. and Elm Terrace Apartments located in Stratford, CT for the Housing Authority of the Town of Stratford. The Scope of Work includes the installation of a video surveillance systems at R.E. Baldwin, R.F.K. and Elm Terrace Apartments.
A Public Bid Opening will be held at the Administration Office of said Authority located at 295 Everett Street, Stratford, CT on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. local time.
A pre-bid conference will be held at the project site on Monday, March 23, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Bidders are requested to meet at the R.E. Baldwin Community Room located at 75A Griffin Street, Stratford, CT. It is suggested that all interested bidders attend the pre-bid conference.
Contract Documents (Drawings and Specifications) will be available for pick up at the office of the Architect, Antinozzi Associates, P.C., 271 Fairfield Avenue, Bridgeport, CT commencing on Monday, March 16, 2020 with a $50.00 non-refundable deposit per set, in the form of a check or money order made payable to the Housing Authority of the Town of Stratford. Interested parties who wish to obtain Contract Documents (maximum of two (2) sets) are requested to call the office of Antinozzi Associates, P.C. in advance at (203) 377-1300. The Contract Documents will be on file for review only (not distribution to bidders) with the Contracting Officer of the Housing Authority of the Town of Stratford, CT, beginning on Monday, March 16, 2020, located at the Maintenance Department, 98 Gregory Circle, Stratford, CT.
No documents will be mailed or delivered in any form.
5% Bid Security and 100% Performance/Payment Bonds required.
Bidders will note requirements of minimum wage rates, nondiscrimination/equal opportunity rules (Executive Order 11246) and related provisions in the General Conditions.
No bid shall be withdrawn for ninety (90) days.
