- 4/07/20 - Accepting proposals online to Purchasing Agent, Notes from 4/2 site walkthru, Questions and Answers received to date.
- April 1 - See map in documents section. Physical Distancing SHALL BE practiced at the 4/2 walk thru. All questions should be emailed to Purchasing Agent as there will be minimal interaction at and during the walk thru, Jerry Gay, 4/1/20
- March 31 - Addendum #3 - Confirming that the site walk thru scheduled for Thursday April 2 at 11am and starting at the High School front entrance WILL take place as scheduled for all those interested. Discussions are taking place as to the possibility of accepting emailed proposals for this solicitation to avoid all in person drop off or overnight/USPS mailed packages with respondents posted on the town web page. - The Site Visit has been extended 2 weeks until Thursday April 02 at 11am.
NOTE the 11am time (formerly was 10am).
The proposal closing date has been extended 2 additional weeks until April 16 at 11am.
There may be additional procedures for proposal drop off and opening, yet to be determined. Any change in procedure will be issued via a possible Addendum #3 and would be issued as soon as known but no later than 48hrs prior to the closing.

NON MANDATORY site visit. Gather at High School front entrance to provide photo ID for background check and being issued a Visitor Badge. Please allow time to have this done prior to the NOW 11am start time. All persons will be escorted to the fields by the P&R Director. |
