The Town of East Lyme acting through its Police Commission (the "Town") requests Invitations to Bid on sitework and building renovations to the East Lyme Public Safety Building at 277 West Main Street, Niantic, CT.
Per Addendum No. 1, State Set-Aside requirements and DAS Pre-Qualification requirements are not applicable to this project.
