The TOWN OF FARMINGTON, Board of Education will receive sealed bids on or before 2:00 p.m., on Monday, March 23rd, 2020, at Farmington Town Hall located at 1 Monteith Drive, Farmington, CT, 06032. At such time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Each bid will include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, services and equipment necessary to complete the project titled: STATE PROJECT 052-0075A “SECURITY UPGRADES FOR EAST FARMS SCHOOL” for the TOWN OF FARMINGTON. All contractors must submit a sealed bid. It is the intention of the Town of Farmington to award the project to a single contractor under a single contract to the lowest responsible bidder. The Town of Farmington reserves the right to include or exclude any alternates in the calculation of the lowest bidder.

A pre-bid walkthrough will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday March 4, 2020. All interested parties are to meet at East Farms School, 25 Wolf Pit Road, FARMINGTON, CT, 06032. Valid CT drivers license or state identification will be required to enter the building. Bidder’s questions may be submitted in writing to: acahill@qamarch.com by EOBD March 17, 2020. Addenda will be available from Advanced Reprographics by EOBD March 20, 2020. |
