| Additional Description |
The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) is seeking proposals from qualified municipal advisory firms to perform certain financial quantitative functions in connection with the origination of multifamily loans, purchase of single family loans, allocation of low-income housing tax credits, issuance or placement of various series of single family and multifamily bonds, debt, certificate or instrument, purchase and sale of securities and derivatives including but not limited to, mortgage-backed securities and swaps. The proposed engagement will be for one Strategic Capital Analysis, provided however, CHFA may extend the engagement so long as it complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, Section 8-249(c)(4) of the Connecticut General Statutes and Section I(D) of the CHFA Procedures. CHFA will not reimburse for any expenses incurred with this RFP including, but not limited to, the cost of preparing the initial response and any additional information requested or travel expenses relating to an oral presentation. Please be advised that responses will be considered property of CHFA, are matters of public record, and may be disclosed by CHFA after the awarding of the contract(s).
