| Additional Description |
The Town of South Windsor is soliciting bids for the Final Cleaning of the Philip R. Smith Elementary School project. Sealed bids will be received by the Town of South Windsor until the specified bid due date/time listed below, bids will be opened and publicly read aloud shortly following the close of the bid period at South Windsor Fire Headquarters, 1175 Ellington Road, South Windsor, CT 06074. Late bids will not be accepted.
All bids delivered or mailed up until 4 PM the day prior to the bid due date shall be delivered/ mailed to South Windsor Board of Ed, Attn: Darrell Crowley Room 100 1737 Main St., South Windsor, CT 06074
ii. All bids hand delivered on the bid due date shall be delivered to the South Windsor Fire Headquarters, Attn: Gilbane Building Company, 1175 Ellington Road, South Windsor, CT 06074.
