(NOI) is requesting proposals from qualified licensed; Weatherization, HVAC, Department of Energy (DOE) SHELL, and SHELL HEALTH & SAFETY contractors to service approximately 142 units of single family housing in Regions 3, 4, and 5. Funding for this effort is made possible by United States Department of Energy in conjunction with Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP). |
