| Additional Description |
The Norwich Housing Authority is seeking proposals from individuals and/or firms to act as Development Consultant in the conversion of its federal public housing portfolio to privatize affordable housing units through the developments and implementation of an agency-wide repositioning strategy including, but not limited to Project Based Vouchers, Rental Assistance Demonstration ("RAD"), RAD/Section 18 Hybrid and Streamlined Voluntary Conversion. This Request for Proposal contains details about the submission requirements, project scope, developer responsibilities, terms and conditions and other pertinent information necessary to submit a proper and responsive proposal. All activities will be performed in strict accordance with all applicable HUD and other state and federal statutory and regulatory requirements. Proposals (6 hard copies) must be received by March 3, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. |
