| Additional Description |
East Hartford Public Schools (EHPS) seeks to replace the roofing system on the “Main Building” at Silver Lane School, located at 15 Mercer Ave, East Hartford, CT 06118. The roof is approximately 5,500 square feet, and will be stripped down to the metal roof deck and replaced with an EPDM roofing system.
PLEASE NOTE: This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including non-discrimination statutes and set-aside requirements. State law requires a minimum of twenty-five (25%) percent of the state funded portion of the contract be set aside for award to subcontractors holding current certification from the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services. The contractor must demonstrate good faith effort to meet the 25% set-aside goals.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on February 25, 2020 at 1:00 PM in the Silver Lane School main lobby, 15 Mercer Ave, East Harford, CT 06118. Contractors are encouraged to participate in the site visit to view existing conditions. This will be the only opportunity to view the jobsite.
