The Connecticut State Colleges and Universities (“CSCU”), on behalf of the Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs (“GEAR UP”) grant from the United States Department of Education (“USDOE”), entitled “GEAR UP CT, ” is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified consultants to provide college admissions and PSAT/SAT preparation services for 2,200 GEAR UP students starting in seventh grade through twelfth grade. |
