- Permit Fees shall be waived and a Bid or Performance bond shall not be required
- Description of acceptable Or Equal submissions. The project specification is written based on Johns Manville System. Equivalent Carlisle and Firestone systems will be accepted as “or equal.” Contractors shall be authorized by JM, Carlisle or Firestone as required by the bid documents. Reseller authorizations and warranties will not be accepted as equal.
- Bidder shall submit, as part of the bid package, an Authorization Letter from the Manufacturer identifying the Bidder as an Approved/Certified Installer.
- Addendum 1 - Providing for the possibility of Prev Wage Rates being required, a 1 week Bid Extension to Feb 13 and Clarifications from the 1/28/20 site visit. Includes a Required Revised Bid Response Form and a clarification detail drawing

Installing new TPO Roof and Insulation over the Truck Bays area of the Brookfield Volunteer FireHouse located at 92 Pocono Road, Brookfield CT 06804 as per the attached detail specifications and drawings.
A NON Mandatory site visit is scheduled for Tuesday January 28, 2020 at 9:30am on location to view the building. Additional times to view are not expected to be accommodated.
