The City of Hartford is requesting proposals from qualified developers or joint ventures (the Proposer) for the redevelopment of two City-owned land assemblages located on Farmington Avenue between South Marshall Street and Laurel Street. The two City owned parcels are conveniently located approximately 5 minutes away from Downtown Hartford with Aetna just a few blocks to the east and the historic Mark Twain House & Museum & the Harriet
