| Additional Description |
The successful bidder will provide and assemble a prefabricated modular cleanroom with recirculating HEPA filter units to provide ISO 7/Class 10,000 conditions. This equipment will be located in the Engineering & Science Building and is to be used by a researcher in Biomedical Engineering. System to be constructed of a rigid frame structure with wall and ceiling panels using Static-dissipative PVC panels. Fan filter units and LED lighting mounted at ceiling. Power distribution modules to be mounted at the ceiling grid to supply electrical receptacles and other power requirements. System manufacturer shall furnish and assemble all components related the cleanroom structure including the control panel, power distribution modules, sliding door, connectors, spacers, trims, hardware, and related accessories for a complete installation. All major components shall be factory tested prior to delivery. Components shall be delivered to the University’s Engineering and Science Building (ESB) loading dock, unloaded and delivered to the lab and completely assembled in place by the cleanroom vendor. |
