East Hartford Public Schools seeks to enter into a multi-year indefinite quantity contract(s) with a qualified janitorial supply and equipment company to provide products and services to its (18) building portfolio totaling over 1.3 million square feet. Please be aware that this is a Request for Proposals, NOT an Invitation to Bid. Selection is made based on a variety of qualitative and quantitative factors.
