| Additional Description |
The City of Norwalk is re-soliciting bids for a Bathroom/Concession Precast Building at Nathan Hale Middle School located at 176 Strawberry Hill Avenue, Norwalk, CT. The Bidder shall furnish a precast concrete building to be delivered pre-assembled and installed on a foundation designed by the Bidder and installed by others in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. All utilities will be ready for final hook-ups (prepared by
others) in accordance to the manufacturer’s specifications prior to the installation of the precast concrete building. The Bidder shall be responsible for all utility hook-ups for thebuilding once installed. The estimated budget for this project is $155,000.
