"The University of Connecticut Health Center (UConn Health) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to the business needs described below.
UHPSI is currently UConn Health's only retail/long-term care/specialty state licensed pharmacy. The pharmacy is currently operating as a closed shop long-term care pharmacy to select state entities. The business model to expand our retail/specialty pharmacy licensure and service our provider and hospital based clinics is within our expected business plan. We are looking for a pharmacy information system for specialty pharmacy prescription dispensing and processing services for our current and evolving future needs."
