The Project Description:
Stage Rigging over the stage of Lyman Auditorium is to be removed and replaced with new components and systems. The stage draperies will also be removed and replaced with new inherently flame-retardant lined draperies.
Rigging includes:
• 13 linesets: Two (2) 60-foot battens, Seven (7) 70-foot battens, Three (3) 70-foot double battens, One (1) 72-foot batten)
o 10 dead-hung linesets
o Four (4) manual linesets
• Two (2) cable cradle supports
• One (1) new floor mounted pinrail
• Two (2) wall mounted rigging tie-off cleats
• Seven (7) sets of traveler tracks
• New attachment hardware for existing framed projection screen
• Headblocks, Loft Blocks, Rope, Clews, sandbags, and all other hardware for manual linesets
Draperies include
• Three (3) 25’ tall pairs of black velour legs
• Three (3) black velour borders (2@ 8’ high, 1@ 12’ high)
• One (1) 25’ x 84’ full stage bi-part black velour traveler curtain
• One (1) 3’ x 60’ velour valence (fastened to wood beam at proscenium)
• One (1) 25’ x 72’ bi-part house curtain velour traveler
• Two (2) storage bags for black velour legs
• All draperies are 32 oz. IFR velour
• All draperies are lined
