Additional Description |
Request for proposals for programs wishing to contract with the OEC as part of and in compliance with the IDEA Part C, CT Birth to Three System. Staff will complete home and community based developmental evaluations and assessments, develop and review individualized family service plans, and provide early intervention services and supports for families with infants and toddlers with developmental delays including services coordination. Deaf / Hard of Hearing (DHH) Support Providers are needed to; complete audiological evaluations and assessments; purchase, dispense and monitor hearing technology; and support EIS programs and families when an infant or toddlers is determined to be DHH. In order for the OEC to pay for any uncovered EIS services, both EIS programs and DHH Support Providers are required to bill Medicaid and Commercial Insurance through the OEC's third party billing vendor as described in Birth to Three procedures available at Birth23.org. |
