Invitation to General Contractors to Prequalify to offer proposals. Applicants must be prequalified by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), for the Classification of GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (GROUP C)to participate in this Prequalification Application. UConn Health (UCH) is renovating section 3 of the 3rd floor of the laboratory (L) building located at the 263 Farmington Ave, Farmington, CT campus. The square footage of the renovation is approximately 9,500 square feet which will be renovated to create a new state of the art laboratory space for research use. |
