ON-CALL FLAGGER SERVICES
RFQ NUMBER: 2019R-12
ISSUED: SEPTEMBER 24, 2019
PROPOSALS DUE: OCTOBER 25, 2019 at 2:00PM (local time)
The Metropolitan District (MDC), a municipal water and sewer utility with a primary service area in the Capitol region of Connecticut, is requesting proposals from qualified Flagger Services. The MDC may enter into one or more contracts for on-call flagger services to be provided to the MDC on an as-needed basis. Firms interested in providing such services are requested to submit a Statement of Qualifications in accordance with the Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
A Mandatory PreBid conference will be held for potential Respondents on October 3, 2019 at 10:00AM, at the MDC PreBid Conference Room, 231 Brainard Rd, Hartford, CT. Prospective Respondents must attend this conference.
The proposal must be prepared in strict accordance with the scope of services and detailed specifications. Firms interested in providing such services are requested to submit a response to this Request for Qualifications (the “RFQ”). The RFQ may be obtained from the MDC eBid site at www.ebidexchange.com/mdc. It may also be viewed in person at the MDC Headquarters at 555 Main Street, Hartford, CT by making an appointment with the District Clerk at 860-278-7850, ext. 3221.
