Pursuant to Procedure II.A-7 related to Market Study and Procedure II.A-8 related to Appraisals, CHFA contracts with independent professionals to obtain market studies and appraisals in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) for all multifamily housing developments being considered for financing by CHFA. The proposed engagement will be for a period not to exceed three calendar years. Please see CHFA’s Website at www.CHFA.org for more information, including the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and details for submitting responses. CHFA will not reimburse for any expenses incurred with this RFQ including, but not limited to, the cost of preparing the initial response and any additional information requested or travel expenses relating to an oral presentation. Please be advised that responses will be considered property of CHFA, are matters of public record, and may be disclosed by CHFA after the awarding of the contract(s). All responses must be submitted to CHFA no later than October 11, 2019 at 12:00 noon. CHFA is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
