The Town of Branford is requesting bid proposals for the Installation of Low Pressure Sanitary Force Main Riverview Avenue in the Town of Branford, Connecticut.
Sealed bids will be received at the Finance Department, 1019 Main Street, P.O. Box 150, Branford, Connecticut 06405 for PROJECT: LOW PRESSURE SANITARY FORCE MAIN, RIVERVIEW AVENUE-TOWN OF BRANFORD, CONNECTICUT until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 4, 2019. Said bids will then be opened and read aloud publicly immediately thereafter.
Bidding Documents and Contract Documents prepared by the project engineer, Criscuolo Engineering, LLC may be obtained beginning Tuesday October 4, 2019, at the Town of Branford Engineering Department, 1019 Main Street, P.O. Box 150, Branford, Connecticut, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required. Documents will also be available online at www.branford-ct.gov.
The contract must be executed within ten (10) days after the issuance by the OWNER of the Notice of Award. No bidder may withdraw his/her Bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
The Town of Branford has the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
