The State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services (DAS) on behalf of the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a contract for a list of pre-approved caterers who can offer catering services to renters of Harkness Memorial State Park.
