The Town of Windsor is accepting proposals from licensed Architectural / Engineering Services to design the best practical and best efficient equipment to replace the present heating system, HVAC controls, and design air conditioning for areas of building not currently conditioned. The school is approximately 176,335 square feet comprising of 2 floors. It is anticipated the project to be performed in phases over several years. The bid shall address the following items. |
