1. First Course of paving shall be 19’ wide, so that after curbing the final road width shall be 18 ft.
2. The binder course shall be ¾” class 1
3. Andover Public works will be responsible for saw cutting the existing pavement apron at the intersection of Lake Road and removing the asphalt.
4. Andover public works will be responsible for removing large rocks and filling the holes in the gravel road prior to final grading and paving.
5. The contractor will be required to post the bid bond at Award of contract.
