Proposals should highlight your ability to conduct a benchmark compensation study covering all positions, job descriptions, and compensation structures for the Authority and subsidiary based on review and analysis.
The Authority is requesting proposals for a Consultant that will be able to provide documentation to ensure that compensation for all positions is internally equitable and externally competitive, using a compensation structure that is appropriate for both organizations. The selected firm will also be required to review and conduct evaluations for: employee engagement (staff satisfaction), benefit plans, performance evaluation processes and incentive compensation plans.
