The Capitol Region Council of Governments (CRCOG) is seeking to obtain the services of a consulting firm or firms to conduct a corridor study on Routes 190 & 220 in Enfield.
The RFQ and preliminary scope of work may be found on the CRCOG website at: http://crcog.org/rfprfq/
Note that the Scope of Work is preliminary and subject to revisions during the negotiation for fee process. Any questions should be directed in writing to the project’s respective manager by the deadline stated in each RFQ. CRCOG will post our responses to questions and clarifications on the CRCOG website (www.crcog.org). IT IS THE RESPONDENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE WEBSITE FOR ANY ADDENDA.
We will be accepting Statements of Qualifications through 11 AM on Friday, August 26, 2019. Responses should be sealed and marked “RFQ Response – Routes 190 & 220 Corridor Study”. Please provide six (6) copies of your response addressed to Mr. Timothy Malone, Principal Planner, and delivered to the CRCOG, 241 Main Street, 4th Floor, Hartford, CT 06106. Any responses received after this deadline will not be considered.
