The Town of Simsbury is soliciting bids for PAINTING IMPROVEMENTS AT SIMSBURY PUBLIC LIBRARY. The scope of work is to include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the interior painting and wall covering of selected areas at the Simsbury Public Library. This project includes painting all walls, columns, soffits, wood trim, door frames, door trim and window trim within the areas selected inside the Library. This project includes properly preparing all surfaces for primer and paint as specified in the Specifications to achieve a uniform finish. Additionally, this project includes supplying and installing impact resistant wall covering and corner guards. |
