The Town of Stratford (“Town”) on behalf of its Stratford Redevelopment Agency is seeking qualifications from candidates with proven experience and credentials to provide private development within Stratford’s Transit Oriented Development District. Essentially, the Town is seeking a partner with the demonstrated capacity to help achieve development of the former Center Elementary School site, coordinated and integrated with other ongoing projects, which is critical to the transformation of Stratford center.
