The Connecticut State Colleges and Universities (“CSCU”), is seeking proposals from qualified legal law firms or other professional firms with the expertise of advising on sophisticated real estate matters. The real estate consultant services may include, but not limited to, advising CSCU on a wide range of matters involving long term residential and commercial ground leases on an “on-call” basis. The redevelopment property is located at the old Gateway Community College Long Wharf campus located at 60 Sargent Drive, New Haven, CT 06511. |
