RFQ #2019 Annual Report Graphic Design
July 10, 2019
Questions will be taken up until Friday, July 19, 2019 – 12:00pm Noon.
Final Q&A will be posted by end of day – 4:00pm.
The following questions were received on July 10, 2019;
Q.)Will the page count of the Annual Report be 24 pages (or approximately) again for 2019?
A.) Although we are looking for a slightly different design format for the Annual Report, as well as a tighter outline with less stories, I think that it’s likely to be 20-24 page count (approximately). We will be looking to the designer to help us by advising on new trends and bringing new ideas for us to consider for the format and layout of the report.
Q.)In addition to the report itself, and the envelope, what are the “other pieces” that you anticipate are needed for the 2019 annual meeting?
A.) We will need an invitation and envelope for the Annual Meeting and some sort of collateral piece (maybe a poster or bookmark) to give out at the Annual Meeting and elsewhere.
Q.)Is there a budget allocated for the annual report? If so please state what it is.
A.)The budget has not been determined for this project.
Q.) Is there a budget allocated for the annual report? If so please state what it is.
A.)The budget has not been determined for this project.
Q.) Who is the incumbent?
A.)There is no incumbent
Q.)What was the incumbent paid for the design services of the annual report in previous years? Please state per page, per issue or hourly cost as agreed upon
A.) As previously stated the budget for this project has not been determined. CRT will review all proposals and determine which company can best meet the needs of CRT and this project.
Q.)Are out of state vendors eligible to apply for this RFP?
A.)Yes, if they are willing to meet in our office, face-to-face as often as needed.
Q.)Is face to face weekly meetings a non-negotiable requirement? We ask this because we have over 20 government/nonprofit clients nationwide and we use phone, email or videoconferencing to successfully carry out the projects. We feel that you may greatly limit your potential to find the right match if it did not waive that requirement.
A.)Weekly in the conceptual phase of the project and then face-to-face meetings will be required less frequently.
Q.) Is there a small or disadvantaged business goal for the RFP?
A.) CRT is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer; Minority/Women’s business Enterprises are encouraged to apply.
Q.)The RFP scope includes "other pieces for our 2019 Annual Meeting." Could you provide detailed specs of those other pieces (e.g type, size, # of pages, number of pieces, etc)?
A.)We will need an invitation and envelope for the Annual Meeting and some sort of collateral piece (maybe a poster or bookmark) to give out at the Annual Meeting and elsewhere.
