  • ADDENDUM 1 RFQ Architectural & Engineering Services 1921 Park Street June 13, 2019 Questions & Answers: 1.With the replacement of the sprinkler system it is also likely there will need to be changes made to the fire alarm system as well. Should we include the fire alarm engineering in our proposal? The sprinkler system will be required to be tied into the existing system –with that being said fire alarm engineering should be included in your proposal. 2.Do you have an estimated timeline for construction? Once the contract is awarded the RFP/RFQ for the construction projects will be a priority as the goal is to have these projects completed is this summer. 3.Will the mandatory walk through sheet be available? Additional Description CRT is looking obtain quotes for Architectural & Engineering Services at one of our sites located at 1921 Park Street, Hartford, CT, for roof repairs, porch/front stairway reconstruction, rear deck repairs, installation of a front entry security door system, and installation of a sprinkler system. Services include the following: ? Contract documents; ? Bidding phase; ? Construction Administration. Walk-through A mandatory walk-through of the property is scheduled for Wednesday, June 12th at 10am at 1921 Park Street, Hartford.
