The Connecticut Airport Authority (CAA) is seeking proposals from qualified Consultants in providing the following services: provide employee search and recruiting services for Part 139 commercial service airports; perform a compensation and benefits analysis for its unclassified positions to ensure that the positions are competitive with those in other aviation markets and other industry settings that have similar professional positions and perform an overall organizational structural review for a three-year period. |
