| Additional Description |
The University of Connecticut Health Center (UConn Health) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to conduct an appraisal of all institutional art pieces expected to be valued over $7,000.00. Final appraisal documentation and reports shall be consistent with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). The selected proposer will conduct a campus tour with UConn Health for the purpose of examining each piece of art listed in Attachment A to assess its current condition. Awarded proposer will be responsible to provide an appraisal of these items and provide reports showing the appraisal method used and the value of each item, in accordance with USPAP. |
