The Naugatuck Valley Council of Governments wants to acquire traffic counting equipment that will permit the organization to meet the following requirements: collect speed data, collect vehicle counts, collect data in congested areas where traffic may be stop-start, the equipment can be setup without entering the roadway, and the equipment should not need to be installed more then 8 feet above the roadway. |
