New Opportunities, Inc. is seeking qualified contractors to complete a capital improvement renovation project at the agency’s Shelter NOW location at 43 St. Casimir Drive in Meriden. The intent of the bid is to complete renovations that will improve the operational functionality and increase operational efficiencies for the site location in accordance with State Department of Housing regulations. The project scope includes, a small addition, interior renovations, ADA upgrades, MEP, and roofing. The Bid notice and Specification documents as well as attachments will be posted to the State Department of Administrative Services Procurement Portal on April 24th. A mandatory walk through is scheduled for May 1st at 10:00 at 43 St. Casimir Drive. Bidder Questions may be submitted until 4:00 pm on May 8th. Responses to Bidder Questions will be posted on the State Department of Administrative Services Procurement Portal by 5:00 pm on May 10th. Sealed application bids are to be received by 4:00 pm on May 17th at 1429 Park Street #201 Hartford CT 06106 to the attention of Jeff Jahnke, Architect. |
