Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Director of General Services, 494 Main Street, Manchester, Connecticut 06045 for the project, Manchester Town Hall Fire Alarm Upgrades, Bid No. 18/19-48, until 2:00 p.m. on March 14, 2019 at which time and place said bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids may be hand delivered to the above address or directed by U.S. Mail to said office at Town of Manchester, Lincoln Center, 494 Main Street, P.O. Box 191, Manchester, CT 06045-0191.
