| Additional Description |
The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority ("CHFA") invites interested firms to submit their qualifications for evaluation and potential inclusion on CHFA's list of approved consultants with whom CHFA may contract for professional consulting services to (i) review architectural construction and engineering documents, (ii) provide field observation services, (iii) author Capital Needs Assessment ("CNA") reports, (iv) review CNA reports, (v) provide construction cost estimates, and/or (vi) provide landscape architectural consulting services. Respondents may submit their qualifications for one or more of these individual services. CHFA will not reimburse for any expenses incurred in connection with this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) including, but not limited to, the cost of preparing the initial response and any additional information requested or travel expenses relating to an oral presentation. Please be advised that responses will be considered property of CHFA, are matters of public record, and may be disclosed by CHFA after the awarding of the contract(s). The full RFQ can be found on CHFA’s website at www.chfa.org. Failure to comply with the requirements of the RFQ may result in CHFA’s rejection of the response.
