| Additional Description |
Bid proposals shall be submitted in triplicate (3) for each bid package for the BERLIN AND ORANGE POLICE DEPARTMENT CELL BLOCK RENOVATIONS, will be received by the Architect – Jacunski Humes Architects located at 15 Massirio Drive, #101 Berlin, CT 06037 and the Construction Manager Bismark Construction. All Bid Packages are due January 28, 2019 before 3:00 PM, All bids will be publicly opened by Jacunski Humes Architects and Bismark Construction.
Each bid must be submitted with one (1) original and two (2) copies. Late bids or bids received at any other location will not be accepted. Packages to bid on and the contract documents are available from DigiPrint.
A NON Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference for all Bid Packages will be held on Thursday January 17, 2019 – Orange @ 10:30 AM, Berlin @ 1:00 PM.

Bidders must order and reserve sets of plans and specifications prior to pick up from DIGIPRINT. Plans and specifications may be purchased at the cost of printing, which is nonrefundable. Plans and specifications will also be available on discs and will be available for electronic download. Digital contract documents can also be obtained electronically Digiprint and from Bismark Construction Company.
