Sealed Bids for the Higganum Road Improvements will be received by the Town of Durham at the Issuing Office until 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Project consists of road improvements including hot mix asphalt wedge paving areas, overlay and full depth replacement areas, culvert replacement, guiderail replacement, signage, and stormwater drainage system improvements.
