MHIS is requesting proposals for 2019/20, Erate Year 22, Category Two eligible Network Equipment and Cabling Services. Respondents may submit pricing for all or part of this RFP and multiple contracts may be awarded. The selected vendor must be authorized to sell the products in its proposal.
Proposals must include pricing for equipment, hardware and software maintenance available from the manufacturer. Qualified contractors are to submit plans which include detailed billing including hardware, licensing, maintenance and shipping. Service provider must label all equipment as E-rate with an identifying Funding Request Number.
