| Additional Description |
The Fine Arts Roof Replacement project is at the occupied Fine Arts building at 830 Bolton Road in the School of Fine Arts. The project removes the existing low sloped roofing in entirety and installs a new roof system, including roof drains, in compliance with Factory Mutual and related pre-installation testing. Included will be all required roof edge fascia, sheet metal flashings, fall protection railings, walkway path, replacement of deteriorated metal decking, new skylights, new roof ladder, and other such items. The construction schedule is expected to be from May 2019 through September 2019.
Submit the pre-qualification package per instructions no later than December 4, 2018 @ 5:00 P.M. Bid Packages requiring pre-qualification are noted in the attachments to this solicitation.
