The City of Norwalk (“City”) and the Norwalk Public Library System (NPLS) is issuing this Request for Proposals (hereinafter “RFP”) in an effort to receive Proposals from qualified Vendors (hereinafter “Vendors”) to provide one (1) new mobile library vehicle for the Norwalk Public Library according to the specifications listed below.
