| Additional Description |
In accordance with Connecticut General Statutes Chapter 187 Section 10a-179(h)(4) the Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority (the “Authority” or CHEFA) is requesting proposals (“RFPs”) from qualified firms wishing to provide long distance and in-state telephone services, as well as data services to the Authority. CHEFA will consider each firm’s ability to provide comprehensive, continuous quality service to the Authority, its demonstrable expertise, reputation, and fee structure. See Attachments A and B for outline of scope of services to be quoted and elements your proposal must include.
We are accepting proposals from firms with established expertise in the area of telephony voice and data services; therefore, response statements should highlight the firm’s experience in those areas. All fees should be detailed and disclosed in the response to the RFP. Any fees that may arise during the implementation of services which are not so disclosed will not be authorized for payment. www.chefa.com
